Are you sinking or swimming?
Life is all about making a splash and riding the tides of life rather than wading in them; however, when life hands us a massive wave sometimes it can feel easier to sink rather than try to catch and ride the wave. Rising Tides Life Coaching is all about helping you create clarity and transformation within your life.
Are you ready to move through the resistance and reach your goals?
Coaching is a co-creative process that invites the client to explore blocks and fears. This concept is moving through fear and not allowing it to lead. Coaching is a process filled with empowerment and positivity all while being vulnerable with oneself and finding a sense of purpose and fulfillment. The role of the coach is to ask powerful questions that prompts the client to think differently and move the client closer to their goal. The coach is also an accountability partner; making sure the client celebrates their achievements and is on the path towards their desired goal.
Transformational Mindset Coach
Hey! My name is Jenny Swanson and I am a ICF Associate Certified Coach. I help women who feel a lack of purpose to create a transformation in their own life that leads to happiness and fulfillment. In 2015, I had just finished up my Masters in Human Resource Management and realized just how unfulfilling my life was. I was in a toxic work environment that I allowed to control my life in all possible ways. I gave up my power, felt anxious and hopeless, as well as had a plethora of physical health conditions pop up such as Adrenal Fatigue, Hypothyroidsm, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, and vitamin deficiencies. At the start of 2016, I said enough and dedicated my year to taking back control of my mental and physical health. Little did I know how much of a positive impact that decision would have. Through this transformation, I decided I wanted to empower other women going through similar situations and became a life coach.
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.”
